One frequent question we receive is why does Trinity have communion every Sunday? The question of how often a congregation ought to celebrate the Lord’s Supper together is a matter of Christian liberty, to be determined by each church according to their best sense of “the light of nature, Christian prudence, and the general rules of the Word,” as our Confession puts it.
